'Godzilla vs. Biollante' Arrives on Criterion Collection 4K Blu-ray

Wake up and smell the roses. The long-awaited North American 4K Blu-ray release of 1989's Godzilla vs. Biollante movie is finally here.

Available in both standard 4K and 4K UHD versions, both releases include a new 4K digital restoration, a 5.0 surround DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack, new audio commentary featuring film historian Samm Deighan, a 1993 Making-of program featuring director Kazuki Omori and special-effects director Koichi Kawakita, a 1993 documentary, deleted special effects, TV spots and trailers, a new English subtitle translation, and an essay by science-fiction and horror film expert Jim Cirronella.

The Godzilla vs. Biollante 4K UHD version includes one 4K UHD disc of the film and one Blu-ray with the film and special features.
