The Toho 30cm Series Yuuji Sakai Modeling Collection Godzilla (2016) Form 4 ORTHOchromatic Ver. Godzilla Store Limited Edition is a 43 x 43 cm soft vinyl figure based on the original garage kit model that Sakai announced in 2017, which is based on Godzilla from the overpass scene in the Shin Godzilla movie trailer.
This figure commemorates the 2023 release of the Shin Godzilla: ORTHOchromatic Blu-ray and DVD with its special monochrome colorway.
The Godzilla Store Limited Edition, under the supervision of Sakai, has a built-in LED light, recreating the appearance of the King of the Monsters in the Shin Godzilla movie, with its entire body emitting white light and shining white in the darkness of the night.
As with the first release a master mold was used, which was made by converting Mr. Sakai's cast prototype into wax. The product is made only from that master mold, with a focus on minimizing wear and tear to reproducing the details in a soft vinyl figure as well as possible.
