Very pretty, but wow they missed the point!

A micro playset (like the old Trendmasters they are trying to emulate) are exactly what they say they are. Micro PLAY sets. There is nothing “micro” or “mini” about these sets and there is nothing room to actually play. There’s also nothing micro about the price point. Typical these days for the collector’s market. I get that this is simply a nostalgic callback meant simply to display, but… they could have actually researched a bit and copied more of the concept than simply opening the head. These monsters are Gashapon sized and take up the entire “play” area. Google the old ones (or see the attached pic). My son had so much fun playing with those. These will certainly look nice on a shelf, I guess.
