Fans waiting for Godzilla: The Original Marvel Years Omnibus, the full collection of Marvel's Godzilla comic book series, to arrive in October just got a 32-page morsel to whet their appetite. Marvel's Godzilla #1 Facsimile Edition arrived today in comic shops and online.
A reprint of the original Godzilla #1 by writer Doug Moench and artist Herb Trimpe, which was released on May 3, 1977, Godzilla #1 Facsimile Edition includes a standard cover based on the original, a foil variant cover based on the original, and an all-new variant cover by artist Mark Bagley (Ultimate Spider-Man).
