08/17/2026
A new original Godzilla metal figure is now available as a Premium Ticket bonus for the Godzilla Interception Operation attraction at Nijigen no Mori on Japan’s Awaji Island, giving visitors a new exclusive collectible modeled after the attraction’s enormous centerpiece!
Introduced on August 8, 2026, the Original “GODZILLA” Metal Figure measures approximately 13 cm long and 5.5 cm wide. The figure recreates the distinctive appearance of the giant Godzilla featured at Godzilla Interception Operation, with the material giving the piece additional weight and a substantial display presence.
The figure is exclusive to the attraction and is offered as one of two merchandise choices with a Premium Ticket. Visitors can select either the new metal collectible or the previously available Original Godzilla Backpack, adding a wearable alternative for those looking for another way to bring home something connected to the Awaji Island experience.
Nijigen no Mori is an entertainment destination inside Hyogo Prefectural Awaji Island Park. Its Godzilla Interception Operation attraction centers on a giant life-size Godzilla figure measuring 120 meters in length and places visitors inside an original mission inspired by the films.
Participants join the National Godzilla Awaji Island Research Center before taking on experiences that include a zipline course leading toward the creature’s body and a shooting game focused on eliminating scattered cells. Premium Ticket admission also provides access to additional areas and activities connected to the attraction, including the Godzilla Museum and other themed experiences.
The permanent Godzilla Museum features large-scale dioramas and displays, bringing scenes and production-inspired environments from the films into a dedicated exhibition space. The surrounding area also includes Kaiju no Mori, an indoor play space featuring around 50 varieties of soft vinyl monster figures.
With its metal construction and direct connection to the giant Godzilla that defines the attraction, the new figure gives Premium Ticket visitors another exclusive keepsake from a day at Nijigen no Mori and an extra reason for Godzilla fans to make the trip while visiting Japan.
