GODZILLA CONQUERS THE MULTIVERSE Brings the King of the Monsters to Marvel’s Infinite Realities
04/22/2026
GODZILLA CONQUERS THE MULTIVERSE is set to arrive in July as the next chapter in Godzilla’s ongoing storyline with Marvel Comics. Written by Gerry Duggan and illustrated by Javier Garrón, the new series pushes the crossover concept even further by sending the King of the Monsters into the Marvel multiverse, where alternate realities open the door to new versions of familiar heroes and kaiju alike.
The story builds on the events of GODZILLA: INFINITY ROAR and raises the stakes even further. Readers can expect a full multiverse clash, with Doctor Doom, Spider-Man, Kang, Emma Frost, Ghost Rider, the Punisher, Man-Thing, and others facing destruction as Godzilla’s power spreads across different realities. As Doomstadt tears across dimensions in search of a kaiju that can stop the King of the Monsters, the conflict expands to include mecha fiends, multiversal kaiju, and a Red Skull in adamantium armor. With entire universes at risk, survival may depend on one unexpected ally.
Writer Gerry Duggan described the project as a high point in the larger collaboration. “The culmination of this Godzilla X Marvel collaboration has been a privilege from the jump,” he shared. He added, “To be able to help smash these worlds together with Javi and our collaborators has brought real joy,” before teasing “an ending you'll never see coming” with “favorites from both universes making late star entrances.”
The release of GODZILLA CONQUERS THE MULTIVERSE will also include a lineup of cover art for collectors, including a main cover by David Marquez, a virgin variant edition of that cover, a foil cover by Juan Frigeri, a variant by Giuseppe Camuncoli, and the first entry in a new series of Heisei Godzilla vs. Marvel variant covers by Nic Klein.
With GODZILLA: INFINITY ROAR still underway, GODZILLA CONQUERS THE MULTIVERSE is set to unfold as an explosive finale to the current trilogy. For comic readers and Godzilla fans alike, July looks set to deliver one of the wildest King of the Monsters crossovers yet!
