Gigantic 'Godzilla: 70th Anniversary' Comic Coming in May from IDW
Godzilla: 70th Anniversary arrives in comic shops on May 8.
This fall, Godzilla officially turns 70, and IDW Publishing is going big with its early birthday present. On May 8, fans can commemorate the King of the Monsters with the gigantic 100-page Godzilla: 70th Anniversary comic book one-shot.
Godzilla: 70th Anniversary will consist of nine original stories by creators including Joëlle Jones (Catwoman), Michael W. Conrad (Wonder Woman), Matt Frank (Godzilla: Rulers of Earth), James Stokoe (Godzilla: The Half-Century War), Adam Gorham (Ms. Marvel: The New Mutant), Dan DiDio (Metal Men), and more.
Wrapping Godzilla: 70th Anniversary will be five original covers, including Cover A by E.J. Su, Cover B by Sophie Campbell, plus retailer incentive covers by Jeffrey Zornow, Tom Whalen Cover, and Arthur Adams.
