From the Yuji Sakai Sculpting Collection comes Godzilla (2003), inspired by the fierce battle against Mothra in Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S. Using the same prototype as the garage kit released by Yuji Sakai Modeling Studio in 2004, this pre-painted soft vinyl figure brings the film’s Godzilla to life with remarkable accuracy.
Godzilla’s raised neck, sharply extended dorsal fins, and chest wound from the previous film are meticulously recreated. The Godzilla Store Exclusive version features special sunset-inspired paintwork that changes in appearance depending on the viewing angle.
To preserve the sculpt’s fine details, Yuji Sakai’s cast prototype was converted to wax and used to create a master mold specifically for production.
