GABARA

Gabara is a mutant amphibian kaiju that has a penchant for tormenting weaker monsters.

When a bullfrog mutates into an 58 meter tall, ogre-like, bipedal kaiju that can channel electricity from its body into that of its hapless victims, we should all be concerned. Luckily, the aforementioned monster amphibian known as Gabara exists only in the dreams of a young boy named Ichiro.

Young Ichiro was bullied relentlessly by another neighborhood kid, also named Gabara, and found escape in his own vivid dreams. There, he traversed Monster Island, complete with its most famous resident, Godzilla. As Ichiro explored this tropical dream land, he encountered Minilla, the Son of Godzilla, and quickly realized that the diminutive kaiju had its own bully problem in the shape of the malicious, warty, green giant known as Gabara.

Other than its electricity powers, Gabara resorts to powerful punches and kicks, as well as basic grappling, all of which were enough to make poor Minilla’s life miserable.

Ichiro helped Minilla overcome the fear of facing Gabara and together they eventually defeated the kaiju by luring it into a clever trap. As Godzilla arrived on the scene, a now frustrated Gabara attacked the King of the Monsters, but to no avail. The bully kaiju was pummeled by Godzilla and then tossed to the side.
