• The manufacturing method, processing, and materials used are highly original, delicate, and require advanced technology. Customers who require perfect design should refrain from purchasing in advance.
• This product uses natural leather, which may have some wrinkles, scratches, and color variations. We will deliver the product according to our inspection standards.
• As a standard, our shoes have small holes in the heel area. These holes are made to secure the shoes during the handcrafting process and are part of the design specifications.
• Considering all the above points, there is no issue with the quality or strength of the shoes. Many customers have tried on samples at brand exhibitions, and no significant damage has been observed. Any issues found are typically addressed during mass production before sale.
