'Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong' #1 Arrives in Comic Shops

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the Justice League will officially begin their battle against the King of the Monsters today as DC Comics and Legendary Comics' Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong #1 arrives in comic book shops and on digital retailers.

Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong #1 gets an appropriately massive release with 10 variant covers – including two "Battle Roar SFX" connecting covers that play respective Godzilla and Kong roars when opened.

Priced at $5.99, the 40-page issue kicks off a seven-issue-long story by writer Brian Buccellato (Injustice) and artist Christian Duce (Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point) that, according to solicitation copy, will at-minimum ruin a dinner date between Clark Kent and Lois Lane.

DC promoted today's release from September 26 through October 10 with a series of line-wide variant covers across Action Comics #1057, Detective Comics #1074, Batman #138, Shazam! #4, Batman and Robin #2, and Green Lantern #4.
