MEGALON

Megalon is worshipped as a god by Seatopians, a subterranean race seeking to destroy the surface world, and was summoned from its underground layer to aid in their quest. It possesses powerful wings and metallic drill-like appendages instead of hands, which it can use to burrow long distances.

In addition, it's able to fire lightning like beams from the large singular antennae on its bell-shaped head and can even vomit forth napalm grenades from its mouth. Unfortunately for the massive beetle-like beast, all the aforementioned weaponry still didn’t give it the upper hand against Godzilla and the super android Jet Jaguar. Even with the assistance of the space kaiju Gigan, the insectoid Megalon was eventually dispatched and fled back to its Seatopian followers.
